Metro Montreal #94 - Black Coat Grandma

Rainy day.

I was going to Downtown Montreal to meet my friend.

As soon as I got a seat in the metro,

my eyes were caught on this grandma in long black trench coat.

There was a nice black knit cardigan under the coat.

She was sitting there, all in black, her gray hair was groomed up.

She has a melancholic expression on her face.

I miss my grandma...

Il pleuvait.

Lorsque j'ai trouvé une siège dans le métro,

cette grand-maman m'a fait remarquer.

Elle était tout en noir : un manteau noir, un cardigan noir, des souliers et des bas noirs...

Avec une expression mélancolique.

Elle avait l'air très vulnérable,

j'avais la difficulté de la dessiner quand elle m'avait regardé...

Elle m'a fait penser à ma grand-maman...
